This is for women 35+ dealing with back pain that keeps coming back—flare-ups, back spasms, sciatica, or nagging SI joint pain. 

This challenge is specifically for women 35+ dealing with recurring back pain. It is not suitable for:

  • Men
  • Children or teens under 20
  • Pregnant or postpartum mothers (especially within the first 6 months postpartum)
  • Anyone with acute, severe, or unstable back injuries (e.g., recent fractures, uncontrolled pain, recent surgery under medical recovery)
  • People whose doctors have restricted physical activity or advised against exercise without supervision

Yes! This challenge is safe for most women with scoliosis.
All exercises are gentle, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll learn movements and strategies that support your spine, improve mobility, and help prevent flare-ups.
As always, check with your doctor or physical therapist if you have any specific restrictions.
