I have had L hip pain and lower back pain with bending, sleeping, and moving around for the last 1 year. When Dipti evaluated me, she found significant restrictions in the L hip mobility compared to the right. I had back pain, shoulder pain, and Achilles tendonitis for the last 3 years. I used to just live in pain; pain with standing still, getting out of the recliner or bed, walking... I did 6 weeks of mobility work with Dipti. Last week, I rode the bike 50 miles in 7 days. 12 miles in one day. I went from walking 3000 steps to 7000 steps a day. Before, I couldn't reach behind the back; now, I am able to push two points behind the back and lean back. I can bend forward and touch the floor now. My squat is better, going from 40% to 90% now.

I have been dealing with lower back pain and R sciatica for longer than 5 months. I did Therapeutic Pain Relief for 4 weeks. Now I am back to bowling about 30 games a week, which I was not able to do for some time. I used to take meloxicam, 3 Aleve’s for pain and used diclofenac gel every day, but I haven’t been using any of them since last month. To be honest, I didn't have any faith in it in the beginning. Because I have done physical therapy for other things in the past, and it didn't work. Now, I have very minimal pain and some stiffness when I get out of bed every morning. Thank you very much.

I had knees, legs, and back pain for some time. I had difficulty with bending over, squatting, stair climbing, and kneeling. In 8 weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in the reduction of daily pain, more range of motion, increased flexibility, and the ability to bend over, kneel, and squat much deeper with a lot less pain.
