All exercises are gentle, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are. You’ll learn movements and strategies that support your spine, improve mobility, and help prevent flare-ups.

Each session is 45–60 minutes, held live at 7 PM CDT on April 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.
